I am back in Fernie and I had a chance to hang out with Banshee Grassroots rider Paul Genovese today. He is taking this week to get physically and mentally ready for Goat Style. We started the day with same deep meditation, then we headed to a sketchy drop the Fernie boys made, after that we hit some dirt jumps, I went home for a nap and I am not sure what trouble the guys got into. It is hard being old and trying to keep up with the young kids.
